Steph obtained her bachelor’s Degree from the University of Santo Tomas. She also gained a Graduate Diploma in Immigration Advice at the Toi Ohomai Institute of Technology.
She has worked for Immigration New Zealand in Manila for 13 years as an Immigration Officer, Immigration Manager, and Technical Adviser.
Steph’s experience in the immigration industry has allowed her to develop a strong understanding of New Zealand’s immigration policies and procedures. Her expertise has enabled her to provide accurate and reliable advice to clients seeking to enter or stay in New Zealand.

Apart from her professional accomplishments, Steph is also known for her warm and friendly demeanor. She is committed to making the immigration process as smooth and stress-free as possible for her clients and is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure their success.

Cesca has a post-graduate Certificate in Business from the University of Southern Queensland and UUNZ Institute of Business with significant years of work experience in managing over-all office administrative and operational duties from various industries in Dubai U.A.E. and Auckland, New Zealand as well.
